The A.S.S.E.T.S came into being in 2006 when our founder, Nomis, was just a teenager. Upon the unexpected departure of his parents from the Garden of Earth, Nomis found himself alone in the world aside from his great Grandfather, Jim. Jim was a beekeeper and he taught Nomis everything he knew before he too left the Garden. Suddenly Nomis found himself alone in the world, living on his inherited house in Parnell. These were dark times for Nomis and he fell into drug use and depression, but working with our friends the bees saved him! Nomis’ filled every available inch of his property with hives and developed the connection with the bees that will save the A.S.S.E.T.S and anybody else who is brave enough for the journey to a new Garden. We believe our “Colony” here on Earth needs to move on, the bees aren’t dying they’re evacuating! And Nomis knows the secrets to being able to go with them to a new Garden!
Here at A.S.S.E.T.S we live alongside our Apian friends in a little human hive of our own, it’s not all about saving our species and helping our friends we have a lot of fun too! We’re always home so feel free to drop by and have some fun! If you have a good time (And we’re sure you will!) then maybe the A.S.S.E.T.S is something you could be a part of. We believe in community, the environment, adventure, open-mindedness and - most of all honey!
